Yes, but they have their own supply lines and all that, and operate inland. Plus in the US they're at least 400,000 strong. Though you are right, they are a branch as Marine Corps suggests.

They cannot get anywhere or do anything in the U.S. without the Navy.

Navy deployed, yes. How do normal air force, not navy fighter planes get overseas to places like Iraq? I don't think that they have the range to get to the middle east. By ship?

Aircraft carriers and amphib ships for Navy. Both of which carry complements of marines. Sorry, I misunderstood your question. Air Force deploy from regional bases and refuel in flight. In the Middle East, there are bases in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.

Same. *steals all remaining cookies*

Ahh yes. I thought the Aircraft carriers were primarily used by Navy fighters though, and Navy and Marine Corps planes were their primary complement. There is space in aircraft carriers for additional aircraft, though. Aircraft carriers are pretty cramped.

Post traumatic stress? It happens to some people who get screwed up by what they experience.

I misunderstood your question and revised my answer.

Ahh. Must be pretty hard to hold your bladder while flying for so many hours in a fighter aircraft.
