Just to clarify if anybody hasn't heard of any of these planets.

Bryyo, Norion, Elysia and the Pirate Homeworld were introduced in MP3, Alinos and Arcterra are the home of the Alimbics from Metroid Prime Hunters, Aether comes from Metroid Prime 2 and SR388 is the home of the Metroids (so I can understand why no one would live there)

I'd get a winter wonderland, a grassy place to relax, ancient ruins to marvel, technology to make my own (lolz space pirates) any many, many places to make a nice home. There's also caverns, a hot transit area, a cool watery paradise for hot days, and, if I'm lucky, I might be able to make a power suit form the chozo technology and parts left over.

I chose Elysia. But this is prior to human intervention. The Chozo sages and I would sit around, drink tea, smoke dub, and talk about the future of the universe.
