I have quite a few, actually:

"Are you mad at me?"

"Am I getting sick?" or alternatively, "Am I going to throw up?"

"I read about this on Wikipedia."

"IYAYA!"

"What'd I do!? What'd I do!?" (ala Bunifa Jackson from MAD TV)

I was forced to stop saying the last two, because they annoyed my family members too much.
