sleep is better due to lack of work stress. weight is the same due to lucky genes and some discipline. diet is vastly healthier in the interest of avoiding costly medical care - as the late jack lalanne said, "if it tastes good, spit it out! chances are it isn't good for you." strength/speed/flexibility/coordination all have taken a dive, unfortunately, old age ain't for sissies. social is me continuing to be a hermit in the woods but luckily another WPers took a shine to me and now accompanies me in my hermitude  emotions better now that I've been out of the race race for two decades, not having to deal with packs of brassholes. financially I am solvent so far, not counting my chickens before they hatch, being as prudent as I can figure out how to be, avoiding unnecessary expenditures as best I can which means very little in the way of luxury other than being out of the rat race. job, haven't had one since 2006. food, mostly covered above in the diet section. I take advantage of half price dominos pizza every now and then.

I seem to be a faster runner than I've been since high school, although most of that likely comes down to focused training on improving my running speed.

Just a reminder: under international law, an occupying power has no right of self-defense, and those who are occupied have the right and duty to liberate themselves by any means possible.
