In day to day life and inclusion awareness both Autism Speaks, neurodiversity and related have near zero causal influence that I've noticed here where I live. What does have influence is action instead of just thinking about it. So I see little reason why my organization or myself should do anything about these perspectives. In the ordinary day to day life of members of the community I'd assume they would perceive on average that cure is about helping the adverse symptoms and pride is about dignity. Both have a purpose.

People react to emotion, passion, dreams, hopes and so on. How to create effective awareness means inspiring not one against the other but more so all together for one or more clearly defined goals. It's important to impress that change in outcome become more so the mutual dream of those it is for as well as not for directly but for certain everyones experience to have happen. Study the MLK approach for instance.

I am bored. It's not that this site is boring. I could write a book or two about the autism community and social politics. So I won't be typing here much as others had asked me to.

From perception originating from society and the projections constructed about individuals in the form of labels to the dignity and conflicting rights. I believe that most of the social problems are a result of mainstream cultural perceptions of abnormality and innate human dignity incompatibilities. It is also my belief many times that when conflict has occurred it is not from misunderstanding as some would simply like to explain it away as but a complex correlation between instincts and the real desire to help. The demands to become normal by means of cure and treatment are not always a great evil as spoken by some self-advocates but the removal of adverse symptoms that cause hardship for an individual with disabilities. Otherwise abnormality which is not innately hindering to basic functionalism with simply accommodating understanding must be culturally obliged by the mainstream and made to be more part of normal.

I am working on one book but I am still in the process of working on the relating project.
