I really doubt it. I think if the doctor already diagnosed you and you really need the diagnosis, it's really between you and that doctor whether to diagnose you. The book would really just act as a guide. The only thing I see happening is you just have your dx changed from Aspergers to Autism Spectrum Disorder.
