The article just sounds like a piece of propaganda created to justify the new diagnostic procedures. Hard to say how authentic or genuine it is. He is either lying or is being used to promote an agenda. I personally think it is a fake because the understanding of AS seems to be quite poor, and it contains alot of stereotypes, the kind of stereotypes than an NT pretending to be Autistic would come up with.

Mph, there are a lot of borderline cases that in one professional's eyes would be AS, in another would be NT.

I'm one of them.

Hmmm-- If the DSM-5 says I no longer meet the criteria, can I get professionally "un-diagnosed" and go back to being a selfish, stupid jerk and all-around s**thead instead of a sociopath who is incapable of caring about or caring for herself or others, a serial killer waiting to happen????

SUITS ME!
