Autistic Prodigies Being Exploited Internationally Online
There is an interesting field of study called "neuroeconomics".
In this field, the normal(or average or nt) human brain and its functions are described in economical terms.
Its my belief that nts are highly attuned to the socially adjusted values of ideas. Autistic people are not.
Its this tendency that makes them easily exploited by others.

I want to develop a theory of language that can benefit people with autism as well as other disorders. I need people to knock ideas off so if you're at all interested please contact me.

Ok I'm intrigued.
I am sorry this happened to you. Let me tell you that I ran into this in the company I worked for over 20 years. It never failed that I would come up with a new way of doing things, etc. and all of a sudden someone else was given that "duty" and they paraded the new process, etc. as THEIR INVENTION. Also it happened with ideas I came up with about products, etc. It happened CONSTANTLY...I was sick and tired of it.
Oh, yea! I've definitely worked for companies where my talent was priceless; I worked there the longest, did multiple departments, yet I was laid off and everyone moved up north to start a new company together. Frankly, they did me a favor. But it was hell there; every time they rewarded me with something I EARNED and deserved as part of the schema, I got to hear about how unfair it was later & with threats from the managers. Glad they moved the **** away.
1) Hire a lawyer. Without a lawyer, your case has the proverbial snowball's chance in Hell.
2) Provide documentation that the ideas were originally yours. Without this material evidence, you may as well give up; because it's going to be your word against your opponent's, and there's an old saying that "Possession is nine-tenths of the law".
3) Have your lawyer present your case in court. Your opponent's lawyers will be given the opportunity to review your evidence and present evidence of their own.
4) Either wait for however long it takes to win (maybe forever), or accept a settlement of mere pennies on the dollar of the value of your ideas.
Good luck.

That's just jealousy. One thing we have to live with in NT society, is that if we happen to be more talented in our careers than some of the NT's that we work with, and get rewarded for it, they will get jealous and then try and put you down, so that they can succeed. That's why they say that it's unfair, only because you are getting promotions for being more talented than them and they aren't. The truth is that all it indicates is that you are too good for them.
