If WP doesn't want to cure Aspergers and Autism, why is there an episode on Transcranial Magnetic Therapy? Just wondering, as I'm not sure what the episode's about.

Several days have passed since I watched that episode, so I have since forgotten most details. However, I would suspect Alex was simply acting on a bit of his own curiosity there since the overall research seems to suggest being able to pinpoint various differences in our brains and possibly *could* (or at least might) eventually lead to effecting something positive ... yet I do not believe anyone there has any delusional thought of trying to turn autistic people into NT beings.

I found it a very interesting video, I don't recall them ever talking about curing autism with TMI. It's main use from what I understood was to map the brain more clearly than is possible with previous methods & pin point what effect new drugs (I'd imagine current ones too) have on peoples brains & how to perfect drugs for all sorts of conditions. They talked a little bit about using daily/weekly TMI to almost train your brain to use different pathways or work more efficiently & lessen some problems you may experience (or maybe I read that bit somewhere else). To me the ease at which the brain could be mapped & monitored was it's main feature & only proven.
