Material on autism/ADHD and stress?

I am facing a hearing at the DMV because a cop thought I was "off" after an accident. When I mentioned this on another board, some people knowledgeable about LE suggested I bring some pre-printed material about my conditions to the hearing. Does anybody know of some good resources on this online, that would only be a couple pages, that I could print and bring to the hearing? My thread on this is in the Haven.
