Also, if Prince George did have ASD, it certainly wouldn't be in his best interests for it to be splashed about the papers, so they'd probably get an injunction (or put an embargo) on reporting about it.
If it were to be made public, I could quite see his mother becoming a patron of Autism UK or something, if they chose to, they could do a lot of good for Autism.
