If any users here are residents of NYC, write to your mayor, and city council members. Any residents of the State of NY, inside or outside NYC, should write to their legislators and governor.

Parents blindly trust NYC government to shut down bad schools, so they assume the school is OK?

There must be some corruption stopping NYC revoke their licence.

It's in Massachusetts, but the city pays for resident children to go there.

Oh boy, JRC is at it again.

I'm hoping if we're ever attacked by a foreign enemy, JRC is one of the first places to go down.

The sad thing is that JRC is FAR from the only kinds of these places existing. Ever heard of "troubled teen" programs? Google them. It's really, really ugly. The difference is that troubled teen programs target anyone.
