Wearing bare feet has seemed to cure that

I've been having trouble with making my feet reach the floor since the injury but I seemed to have sorted that out through wearing bare feet as well

Two birds and all that

I just ate my usual breakfast noodles with egg.
It's been a while since I ate them.

Had cut it off to eat something fuller, now I'm just in a rush.

And I consumed them.
... It gave me these jitters.

It's as if I took the wrong brand and amount of caffeine on the wrong time

i think i've given myself radial tunnel syndrome from too much heavy lifting.
i have pain in my elbow/forearm all the time now, it's even affecting my sleep.
common sense says to rest it but who's going to get all the farm work done?

Time for a steroid shot.
There's a 50/50 chance it will hurt worse for a day.

Sometimes my right leg is in so much pain that if someone asked me if I wanted it sawing off, I would make my decision on the toss of a coin

Quote:
Vomiting with Retrograde Cricopharyngeus Dysfunction (R-CPD) can be difficult, sometimes requiring strenuous retching or being impossible for some individuals. The experience can involve a loud, sudden, and potentially painful expulsion of air, along with stomach contents, and is a source of fear and social anxiety (emetophobia) for many with R-CPD

This is why my case of Emetophobia cannot be treated with therapy.

Normal people: Ugh, the biggest challenge I've ever done is try to drink a whole bottle of soda without burping

People with R-CPD: Ha! This "challenge" is normal for us!

Well this is a new one.
Went out walking yesterday and got caught in a downpour.
Got home and changed
Then I started shivering and couldn't get warm no matter what I did.
Put a gazillion blankets on the bed and slept in my dressing gown.
Still shivering this morning and feel crap.
From getting wet in the rain?
Have I turned into a snowflake?
My grandmother would have said I caught a chill.
Like one of those Victorian fainting ladies, I suppose.

Surely you couldn't have caught that from getting wet

Hope you're ok

^I'm ok now, BB.

It was a weird experience, but everything about me is weird.

Has any other women here noticed how diarrhoea cramps feel very similar to period cramps?

Men - if you ever wanted to know what period cramps feel like, just think of when you last had cramps in your lower abdomen when you were loose. Period pains feel like that, only more persistent and painful.
