6 “Bad” Frozen Foods Dietitians Wish You'd Stop Avoiding
I did not know one could buy frozen brown rice. Is it precooked? I need to find out, although I have a lot of room temperature uncooked brown rice in a clean large pickle jar. (old 1 gallon / 3.78 liter pickle jars are great containers. I clean them with bleach when they are empty of pickles.)

My resting heart rate is in the low 50s, I got curious last night and checked because I do that once in a while. I counted a few times to get an average and it got as low as 49 and as high as 54, usually got 53. I am quite delighted, it means my heart is very athletic. :D
