I don't like to run; it jars my spine and brain, but I got into using an eliptical machine at the gym. It took a few weeks but I worked up to 15 minutes and feel really good afterwards. I wish I'd spent the membership fees on a machine for my home. I have a lot of trouble motivating myself to go to the gym.

If you have access to a pool, swimming is great cardio and easy on the joints.

Losing 35lb is great. Make it 100.

Of course, that must be it... What a crappy reply. You have no idea what you're talking about.

Unless you have some serious underlying medical condition, your form must be atrocious to result in such strong impacts that you feel it in your spine and head.

Same message, more words.

Running with proper form results in essentially no shock to the upper body. Your form is likely atrocious, but you don't care and won't try to improve because you're entrenched in your belief that running "jars your spine and brain."

You assume WAY too much. Ever been called arrogant?

My high school track coach would roll over in his grave. Blahahahahahahahahaha!

Many, many times.
