The Canucks are OK, but the LA Kings? What happened?!

" Stanely Cup Hangover " It happens to a lot of teams that win the cup. The next year, the team that wins it all tends to not do well at all.

Hockey is always fun to watch even if your team loses because of the fights that break out in every game hehe!

They're only good when they both know how to fight.

I got a feeling that the Kings will make a turnaround; the Canucks are fine so far. :D

I got to be honest, I was pleasantly surprised with Jagr's play so far in this season. When I first heard Jagr was coming to Dallas, I questioned it a little.

How did nobody tell me about this thread???

On topic though, Kings will definitely turn it around - they just need Quick to get it going more than anything - and he is starting to look at least a little better lately.

More importantly though, the Leafs are looking like a completely different team this year. It's been way too long since we held down a playoff spot at the end of February

The kings have a 3 game winning streak so they are starting to turn it around.

Yep, unless you count the 3 times they lost in a shootout. That team has been scary good this year.

Even with the 3 shootout losses, Chicago is definitely a scary team.

I'm not a big hockey fan but some relatives did take me to my first hockey game last week, Lightning vs. Bruins. It's much more fun to watch in person.

No doubt about that - always better to see a game live. I just wish tickets around here didn't cost a fortune to get...

Are you talking about Toronto?

Where else? It's crazy trying to get into the ACC for a game.

I just wanted to be sure, and yeah Leaf games are hard to get. Considering hockey routinely sells out, and they are the most expensive in the league. 8O
