I mostly eat dog. :?

 Hot dog. The main staples of my diet are Ramen Noodles, canned vegetables and hot dog frankfurters, because that's all I can afford.

But I also work out every day and drink myself to sleep at night, so my lifestyle is nothing to gauge anything by. :duh:

So you are starving Ramen Noodles have little nutrients, hot dog other than fat an a little protean nothing, the veggies are ok heavy on the salt but ok lol.

I eat way too much fat and protein. But I eat a decent amount of veggies that I grow to save money or I'ld be in the same boat.

I voted for "Pork/sausages/bacon/ham - and I am fat" but I have been losing weight & wouldn't of been able to say fat for much longer but I pigged out during the Christmas holidays & stopped my walking due to being in a different environment(I was gone for 3 weeks to visit family) & the weather's been too cold & nasty(half melted snow & nice & rain) for me to go walking. I wouldn't be considered muscular even if I wasn't fat thou. I eat hamburgers, hotdogs & chicken-nuggets a lot too. My favorite is seafood thou lots of people don't consider it meat for some reason. I'm from Louisiana but moved to Vermont a little over a year ago & the seafood here is very different & I don't like it.

blech. :eew:
flies, the other dark meat.

lol
darn gnats go up my nose when I'm breathing in on a walk/jog/run and I end up swallowing them.

We eat chicken and turkey, the organic or locally raised kind. But, one day a week is meatless, and another day a week we have sardines as the only protein, because it's a cheap way to get fish oil. Me and my son both tend to be on the slim side.

I clicked on chicken. I do occasionally eat read meat, but to be honest I'm not really keen on it

I am the same way. I like me a good steak from time to time but given a choice I'll usually choose a chicken sandwich over a burger.
