Bottom arm underneath pillow, other arm on top of the pillow, maybe try using the first aid recovery position.
Ok top leg bent, top arm across chest under chin , bottom arm at right angle. Hmm not sure.
I think my main problem is bottom arm and shoulder are squashed, similar for legs and hip, and also hate the sensation of the limbs touching, I just dislike having my side against the bed I think.
I think those that have a belly must rest on on their belly. I only have my side, which like resting on a knife edge.
I think I need to invent something that turns me over one I'm asleep, I just hate being on my side when going to sleep.
I don't understand how people sleep in the fetal position.
Often I barely move during sleep, yet I do this sleep walking and can more around too.
