I consume the same diet every day which consists of rice, chicken, potatoes, organic vegetables and fish. I tend to stay away from anything that has sugar or caffeine in it, including fruit.

Been expanding my spices lately.
Was bored with my usuals- red pepper flakes, salt, and basil, and took to my cabinets to see if I had anything else.

I found:
cocoa-chili blend, which I love. It's not a combination I think most Americans' palates are familiar with, but I love it

I also found some packets of Chex Mix seasoning, for if you want to make your own- I've been using it in whipped cauliflower, sammiches, and other things

Both are from my local salvage store- the cocoa-chili blend has a lot of intricate notes, which is typical of McCormick's.
That brand is normally quite expensive, but I get it at my local salvage.

The Chex Mix seasoning is more salty, also from the salvage.

I eat way, way too much. Started sauteeing stuff in Bragg Liquid Aminos lately, and that stuff has a sodium content even higher than soy sauce.

Damn straight it tastes salty; Bragg's is pure glutamic acid (similar to MSG)!

If you are looking for a wheat-free alternative to soy sauce then I highly recommend an organic brand of Tamari (soy sauce with soybeans only, no wheat). High-quality tamari is a naturally fermented traditional recipe that has been enjoyed for thousands of years.
