Been expanding my spices lately.
Was bored with my usuals- red pepper flakes, salt, and basil, and took to my cabinets to see if I had anything else.
I found:
cocoa-chili blend, which I love. It's not a combination I think most Americans' palates are familiar with, but I love it
I also found some packets of Chex Mix seasoning, for if you want to make your own- I've been using it in whipped cauliflower, sammiches, and other things
Both are from my local salvage store- the cocoa-chili blend has a lot of intricate notes, which is typical of McCormick's.
That brand is normally quite expensive, but I get it at my local salvage.
The Chex Mix seasoning is more salty, also from the salvage.
