It's been two weeks since I have aligners, and I just switched to second pair of 59 I got. I feel plastic in mouth again...

I'm happy to say I seem to have turned a corner with the old IBS

It's not been easy and I've had to cut loads of stuff out but things are more stable

So just that really

I had the fright of my life when I saw Quasi Modo looking back at me from the reflection in the charity shop window today

I didn't realise how bad my posture had become since the injury

I quickly adjusted that but I'm paying for it now, let me tell you

Hard it is. Teeth are like drive systems of late-WW2 German heavy tanks; Fragile asf and break down more often that can be repaired

Aside from zat I have to plan when to eat, as even littlest snack means cleaning teeth for a quarter (because of aligners I wear currently)

At least I'm winning on other health front, still saving meself from that SSRI stuff.
