When you stop eating s**t (Over-processed food, "enhanced" with hydrogenated crap oils and all that) for some time then you may find that something you thought ye can't live without turns out to have even repelling taste next time you try it.
Today I've eaten a "Lion" candybar after pretty long time and I regret it; It tasted like old rubber dipped in cheap fat. Before losing weight I used to like them much. There are few things that retained their taste for me but vast majority of crap-food is disgusting to me nowadays

I'm wondering if I have a mild case of auto brewery syndrome, because I keep getting hungover after I have jam on toast

And I am sort of permanently drunk but I don't drink

I'm not going to the doctor about it though because I'd hate to look like a wally

A good arch support is always beneficial, especially for foot fatigue...so I've heard

All I keep thinking lately is that there's no point in having a leg that causes nothing but pain and is only being used to prop me up. Because I can't flipping walk on the thing

That's how bad it's got now so I might have to speak to my doctor about taking the bloody thing off

I've just submitted my request for an appointment to see my GP about my leg

I've told them they can take the thing off
so let's see if that gets a quick response

Boom!

She's booked me in to see the physio on Thursday and then we'll see where we can go from there

Fab!

I had a friend who had legs that didn't work. A few years ago he got an infection and they amputated them!
Some of my other friends were surprised how well he recovered mentally. I knew that he went from having an invisible disability like autism to a visible one everyone can see.

The doctor reckons it's a nerve thing (I have a tumour on a nerve on my spinal cord) but I've asked for it to be investigated properly because it's been going on for too long now

It's not completely useless but the pain is tremendous and there's no real power in it either so if I get down on a bottom shelf in a shop, I can't push myself back up but the muscle tone is perfectly fine and it's not arthritis and I have full range of motion as well, they're just not firing up so I can't bear weight on it

I'm taking all the weight on my left side

I wanted to go swimming today as well but I'm not going out again after this mornings episode and I'm too bloody stubborn to get the bus although I think I might have to start doing that soon

I'll just have to get my stick out
That's what I'll have to do

And it's true that people do give you consideration when they see you have a physical disability, I don't like it though because it makes me feel about 90 years old (sorry oldies)

Sucks man!

Why don't they put something proper on the telly in the doctor's waiting room

Suspected hip displasia

My leg almost can go right round the back of my hip when the physio pushed it

But my other leg can only go half way round

I've got to go for an x-ray tomorrow and then we can see for sure

I can't bear any weight on it. That's how bad it's got

I wonder if I should put in a claim for pip while this is going on

I know what you mean. In the area where I'm originally from most places tend to keep their TVs on Fox News  Thinking about this now I realize that in my experience the places that seemed to provide better quality & more compassionate care either did not have TVs in their waiting rooms or the TVs showed medical things, news from MSNBC or CNN, or women talk shows.

Yeah it was just showing medical stuff and I did get decent quality of care so maybe your theory is on point

It's good that you can do the PIP form online

Trying to find clothes with absolutely no metal on them at all is my challenge this morning

I hate wearing hospital gowns for scans and x-rays I do
