Cereal, usually the healthy kind like Special K or Raisin Bran.

Sometimes, though, I will have scrambled eggs, bacon, and toast.

Today I had 2 pieces of toast with beef paste on, a glass of orange and a cup of coffee.

pb=peanut butter. what I eat is designed to stick to my ribs just long enough for me to do my morning exercise routine.

^^Sometimes I like PB with chocolate spread and lemon curd all together on toast. It makes me happy all day :D

I like mixing creamy pb with chocolate and butter/oleo, it makes for a rich and creamily smooth spread.

The morning time is the best time of day for me to have something sweet, I really feel the benefit of it. I always like to put honey in my porridge too.
