Thinking about that new weight loss thing that has become available in the UK.

I don't get it. If it's like a balloon of water in your stomach that makes you feel full up so you eat less; wouldn't it work just the same if you drank a load of water before eating so that your stomach feels more full up that way

problem is that water goes through the tummy like crap through a goose, too quick to register as satiety. the lap band is designed to shrink the stomach so it get fuller quicker and longer so you don't have to guzzle water to suppress hunger, ordinary food will do.

No it's this thing and you swallow it on a tube and then it gets filled with water via a tube and then it just stays in your stomach for 4 months and then after that it just dissolves

Well I tried looking into it but it says the UV on a sunbed is way stronger than the sun but I can't find sunbed UV protection cream

Would there be a specific sunbed UV cream? Could you not just use the type that people use for the outside sun?

I don't know. I was thinking of getting a sun lamp just for my face but I think I'll give it a miss now. I don't wanna risk my health with one
