Seattle is the first team to get a playoff spot. No surprise here. Denver and New Orleans should be next with Kansas City getting the first wild card.

Carolina is also in that range.

That's right. They are surprisingly good. 8 wins in a row. First time in their franchise's history.

The Ravens are damn miracle workers after today. I went to the game, sat in the snow just to get excited and I left the stadium at halftime, didn't think much of it. Then I get to a Fridays and see 5 TDs scored in the last 2 minutes. Granted, Flacco threw 3 picks but any good team will overcome that and find a way to win regardless.

And yes the weather was god awful.

Well, the 49ers nipped the Seahawks today. But, the way I see it, it's merely a minor bump in the road for the Seahawks. We'll finish our job next week.

The Seahawks KO'd the Giants 23-0. Talk about your bad days, Eli Manning got picked off five times! The most he's had for one game in his career.

http://deadspin.com/the-jaguars-can-sti ... 1483707986 - And Whiskey Tango Foxtrot is this sorcery? Jacksonville still has a chance to make the playoffs?!

Eli got a record 5 interceptions and his team got shut out. He just doesn't have it this year.

I don't know what their problem is. According to some friends it's that when Eli has a good team around him he does fine, but that's not the case this year.

Also, about those Chiefs.....I didn't doubt they'd win yesterday but they did nothing but make Jamaal Charles the workhorse all day.

Sucks to be in the NFC East this week. No one won, and even when the Cowboys should've they didn't.

Cowboys just can't get it done in December/January.

It's been sort of a pattern for them this century; ever since Tony Romo joined. I'm not shocked anymore.

I thought it was 63 yards, but on a night when my team only won with field goals and a second-year kicker to do it.

No, 63 yards was the old record made long ago.
