it's not even 3pm. already went *way* over on servings today. only got three servings left for dinner.
breakfast: metamucil smoothie - (2 greek yogurt, 1 soy milk, 4 metamucil); 2 tofu, 4 servings mango (one and one third extra large mangos),
went to a supermarket that i hardly ever go to
lunch: 2 lentil salads, spam musubi (did not eat the spam), one youseth's back home wrap
felt like could not stop
but enjoyed it a lot

still feel like gorging/binging. eating more.
