Anyone ever try any vestibular rehabilitation exercises to improve their vestibular system? I haven't found much info on the use of vestibular rehabilitation with aspergers, which I find kind of odd since this seems to be a common challenge.

In regards to your son, he will get plenty of opportunity to develop this at practices & games. This is why there are specific drills for specific football related functions. "The body becomes its function".

The most helpful book I've found on the topic of vestibular challenges is a How To (understand) book about ADHD Inattentive by C. Thomas Wild where a number of FDA approved medicines are discussed including the anti-motion medicine, Bonine. The How To book is not a cure but it is quite insightful and directly addresses the idea of body balance and crossing the midline of the body.
