I am a body builder. I am 130kg. My normal weight reference is 80kg.
However, I decided to eat lots, of weetbix, eggs, chocolate biscuits, olavatine and milo. I sleep and relax as much as possible. In between this I lift weights, dumbells and have my own man of fitness station. Which turns fat into iron. One day I would like to compete in the olympics.

sounds good. if you don't already you could try some cardiovascular exercises. They are great in so many ways. They don't really build muscle but stamina is a great thing to have even for everyday activities
