Have you been checked for diabetes?
My blood sugar levels are regularly checked as I'm on a depot antipsychotic. It's usually just over 6 mmol/L with a fasting test which indicates prediabetes. I have in the last 10 years or so put on a lot of weight which may well explain the prediabetes. However the dry mouth etc was present when weight was considerably less.
It sounds like low blood sugar or a problem with electrolyte balance. Are you getting enough potassium?
