I eat healthy during the day
Drinking tons of water
And exercise for 30 mins after work at the gym.

I am currently 5ft7 and weigh 142 pounds and I am medium build. However since starting my desk job which requires me to work from 9:00 - 5:00 my weight has been creeping up by a pound or 2 because I sit at my desk for hours doing hard work.

I have been walking around the office at times but more to the pointif could you take a wild guess what might my weight creep up to? My dad says I am a big guy and should naturally weigh 154 pounds at my height.

You need to change your diet routine.

I lost over 30 lbs and kept it off by changing my lifestyle. I sit most of the day, but I weight train 3 times a week and really follow a strict eating habit that ensures I don't take in too many calories.

I also check my weight each morning. If I see it creeping up, I'm more diligent in watching what I eat until it comes back down. If it's where it should be, I may allow myself to indulge if I feel like it.

You can't go back to eating the way you used to and expect to ever keep the weight off.
