I think this is just a way to loose fat super fast. I don't know if it works for muscle...

What's in it?

His "fasting" phase isn't anything remarkable.

8 hours eating. Rest of the time not eating. Most people SLEEP during the fasting phase. Also hit workouts near the end of his eating phase, so his metabolism is cranked up right before he stops eating.

Seems exactly like the "Eat Less, Exercise More" diet plan, only with a new name attached to it.

I guess people gotta make money somehow ... :roll:

when he does eat, he seems to eat quite a bit, again, i have never done this timing thing he's done, but I think 200 push ups a day is not a bad bench mark with a balanced diet, and nothing with ass loads of sugar. (yeah... I was fat till I got off soda... that made a huge difference)

hi
I've been practicing sports for as long as i live, now mainly running, swimming, yoga, and i bicycle around.
I've always got the urge for sugary stuff and with time I've had to be extremely vigilant toward my diet.
(mainly veg/raw, also eggs fish and marine mollusks)<<<no meat whatsoever.

i've always been fit and slim but there was always the fatty remains i couldn't get rid of.

i've been diagnose recently autist and ...and...and... including ADHD.

as a sportsman I'd heard about the methyphenidate(ritalin) use in sports.

well ...I got it and use it regularly: my long lasting fatty layers I'd kept from age 2 finally disapeared and I look like a "Kouros" statue.
I run beautifully it's a dream.
when i take the pills, my craving for sugar(and fat) do not exist and subsequently I eat much less while beeing as energetic , if not more, than before.

everything is in the brain connection and that is so frightening.
