Going to the hospital ?

I supopose I may try to go to the hospital via the ER tomorrow after all the Thanksgiving hysteria is over , if nothing else , I suppose my blood sugar level , which was something like 393 a day?? back (I was suprised the nurse who found it didn't get some insulin) might be higher still ~ Not that the hospital is all that great , but maybe it would underline to the authorities how much help I need in my feet getting better and to walk well again , and put me in a situation where I could , decently , rest & get care .
I spent a lot of money yesterday on a pack of underwear , a pack of undershirts , a belt , and one T-shirt - Need ed , all of them , but it's heavily " buying something agai that I had already " , and lost .
There'll be no computer time for me tomorrow , I have no tech , and there's nothing else to do in particular for me .
