I just got my newest dvd workout from Beachbody. It's called "Cize" by Shaun T. I've done Shaun's other workouts like T25 and Insanity, but they didn't keep my interest. This one is a dance workout and by the end you learn 9 dance routines. I'm not even a dancer, but I'm turning into one pretty quick. It's my first hour and a half and I've almost mastered the first routine. I was sweating in the first 5 min and had to take a breather about 20 min in. I keep practicing the workout and it's exercise, but it's fun! I got the deluxe set with weights and 2 extra harder routines. The sucky thing is I'm having trouble with my asthma flaring up again. I may need a treatment. Anyway, gonna get back to it so I can learn a new routine tomorrow! Woo Hoo!

I'm finally stopping for today; that was 2.5 hrs of learning dance routines. My legs and butt are killing me! Just started learning the second workout and am over half way through - I should bust it tomorrow. And there's a killer ab workout for tomorrow too. I think this is the workout for me! I'm actually looking forward to it! Shaun is also easy on the eyes.

I did the entire workout program as scheduled, but did not follow any diet plan. If I had, I am sure I probably would have lost some weight, but was more interested in the fitness aspect. I will warn you, it is VERY intensive regarding body stress. If you have any joint problems or back problems, it would be best to take it slow and go at your own pace.

Lately, I've taken an interest in boxing. I'm not training to box in a ring or anything, I just like to punch the punching bag. Maybe it's good stress relief for me.

You didn't lose any weight at all? I ended up doing another two hours tonight with Shaun and I have down the first two workouts. I want to continue with the third, but even the advanced workout plan has you just doing the first two routines on week one. I know the workouts are supposed to be from 30-45 min long, but I'm kind of a perfectionist and also have an addictive personality so I keep doing the routines over and over until I make no mistakes or just cannot move anymore. I'm worried that once I'm used to all of the workouts it will get boring. I'm hoping Shaun will make new ones. Is there a reason why you stopped the workout or are you still doing it?

I used to Do Tae Kwon Do and Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu when I was younger, but when I was 9 or 10, I eventually got lazy and just sat on the couch playing WII and eating frozen burritos all day. Nowadays, My Mom, Dad, Sister and I are doing Crossfit. After working out, it makes us extremely hungry and extremely tired, so we have a small, light dinner before, and a bigger dinner later. My parents are into it, but to me it's "Meh." I would much rather get back into Tae Kwon Do or even get into Krav Maga. But That will happen when I'm more fit.

I want to try get back into doing Yoga. I was very into Yoga for awhile and very good at it. I think that at this point in my life I want something easy and relaxing to do for exercise.
