heel spurs at 30?

For some time I suffer severe pain when walking around right heel.
Recently I went to my primary care physician, and she ordered X-ray of right heel,

X-ray showed that I have a heel spur(Ostroga piętowa in Polish because i'm Polish

My doctor told me that if it turned out that this spur, it may be necessary I will need surgery, I am a little afraid, medical care in my country is 100% free, but it is afraid surgery, reportedly removing the calcaneal spur is not dangerous surgery, but still.

On the other hand, I wonder why it happened to me, I always thought that heel spurs is a disease of older people, and I am 30 years old.

I have two heel spurs and think it's due to the fact that I used to do taekwondo on hard floors. I don't think it's something that only affects old people.
