I did the entire workout program as scheduled, but did not follow any diet plan. If I had, I am sure I probably would have lost some weight, but was more interested in the fitness aspect. I will warn you, it is VERY intensive regarding body stress. If you have any joint problems or back problems, it would be best to take it slow and go at your own pace.
You didn't lose any weight at all? I ended up doing another two hours tonight with Shaun and I have down the first two workouts. I want to continue with the third, but even the advanced workout plan has you just doing the first two routines on week one. I know the workouts are supposed to be from 30-45 min long, but I'm kind of a perfectionist and also have an addictive personality so I keep doing the routines over and over until I make no mistakes or just cannot move anymore. I'm worried that once I'm used to all of the workouts it will get boring. I'm hoping Shaun will make new ones. Is there a reason why you stopped the workout or are you still doing it?
