Not really, I just find recipes off the net I've tried out and write them down into a recipe book if I love them and just go off that. Buy a herb rack, helps to not have boring and bland food. I usually try to follow some of the healthy vegan stuff cause they pretty much have the healthy eating thing down eventhough I'm vegetarian.
Do a bit more research on stuff, cooking doesn't have to be really annoying either, there's plenty of lazy stuff.
Sometimes I'll go out and try food at a healthy vegetarian place and try to cook it myself if I like some of the stuff they sell, it helps.
