Still overweight?

One of my friends is 6ft and weighs 210 pounds with a body fat percentage of 14 percent

He has abs and works out at gym a lot.

Technically is he still 'overweight'?

I wouldn't say he's overweight but I'm not an expert

With a body fat percentage of 14 percent he's not overweight. I'm no expert, but I am right about this.
