I love Marmite, for over 45 years. I eat it in a sandwich or on toast most days. Sometimes with cheese, sometimes with lettuce, sometimes beneath scrambled egg.

NEVER EVER WITH FRESH SLICED TOMATO - a recipe for mouth ulcers.
My youngest child has an extremely restricted diet, and Marmite is one of the few things he'll eat on bread.

My diet isn't especially restricted, I eat most things. I love carbs, especially potato (occasionally make homemade chips and pre-boiling the chopped potato with Marmite in the water). And bread with Marmite.

Anyone else eaten Marmite their entire life?

SMH

That's nearly as bad as Promite
:D
Clearly the yeast extract of choice is Vegemite.
I had a jar taped to my handlebars pedalling from the north to south coast of Tasmania.

Well that is next level, I've never considered taping a jar of Marmite to my bicycle, and I do enjoy riding bikes too! BTW, you're wrong, Marmite is opaquely better :D
