I created a workout plan for myself which somewhat similar to Michael Phelps' but not as intense.

Mon and Wed: Weights and Endurance
2 reps of 20 on arms
2 reps of 20 on upper body
2 reps of 20 on abdominal and back
2 reps of 20 on legs

30 minutes on a bike

Tues and Thurs: Swimming
20 laps of breaststroke (arms only)
20 laps of breaststroke (legs only)
20 laps of breaststroke (full stroke)
4 25m sprints
2 50m sprints
2 100m sprints

15 minutes of cool down in a hot tub

Very intense but I can do it because I give myself three days of recovery before doing it again.

Don't you mean sets, when you said reps? 2 sets of 20?

SetsxReps so 2 sets of 20 reps basically yeah you're half correct.

^Its alright because I just finish my Econ homework for next week already. Believe or not I actually lose about 1 and half pounds from my swimming working out. Though I shorten it to 10 arm and legs only lengths and 20 laps full stroke, it was a good 45 minute workout.
