I don't know about these online test things, you really can't take them too seriously. I've been going on Blogthings after clicking a link on this site and the tests results often describe me as being very social and outgoing and very popular. :? Just last night I even took a test for what American accent do you have, and it said my accent is around 40% general American and around 30% Yankee. Which was highly amusing because I'm CANADIAN! Canada has a lot of different accents and dialects, too. In Nova Scotia where I live people are well known for using greetings such as "How she goin', bye?", using the word "biffed" to describe shock or surprise and "mauled" for handling something too roughly or over-affectionately "Stop mauling that puppy!", instead the usual meaning when someone is savagely attacked by a large dangerous animal, like a bear. people have told me I don't have much of an accent at all and sometimes people don't think I'm from Cape Breton until I tell them. But I'm way-off topic now, so... okay, bye! :D

And that is why online Quizzes are not diagnostic tools.

Indeed.

You can see by the way that test is laid out that you will get a high score for everything. If you suspected a personality disorder before taking this test you would be better off carefully researching them online and then speaking with a professional.

I like this test better. It seems more accurate to me. In three of the disorders I even got lower than the average web score.

Having all conditions is probably just your regular collector/hoarding habbit speaking

Worked for a (quite large) firm who used a 10 minute online briggs/meyers test to catalog everyone. Everyone had to mail their results to next-up manager. Gave some laughs, union wasn't too happy with it and in general management showed how professional and serious they took their jobs (but that was already quite obvious).

No you dont have them all, its ridiculous. The amount of paranoia on this section of the forum is too high.

Go see an actual doctor, none of those tests mean anything.

The thing about personality disorders is that everybody can relate to some characterics to some extent. Its normal peronality with extremes that make them become a disorder.

I got high score on many of the disorders myself, but I think the test overeagerate a bit.
For example: one can answer "i like being by myself" and the test makes it look like you have avoidant personality disorder when you're just plain introvert.

On the other hand, I don't think one can have them all since some of them are oposites to each other in ways.

Paranoid: Low
Schizoid: Moderate
Schizotypal: Very High
Antisocial: Low
Borderline: Low
Histrionic: Low
Narcissistic: Moderate
Avoidant: Moderate
Dependent: Low
Obsessive-Compulsive: High

Well, now we know at least that we have a personality!

I think autism is something where a lot of symptoms are also occour in personality disorders, so that most of us rate high or even very high on totally different personality disorders.
