I'm going to be taking some times away from this website for some time (it could be hours to months) because I believe my interest has been replaced by something else . It wasn't anyone here that made me leave, but for some reason I have lost most of my interest here? I honestly don't have a clue as to why this happened, but now for some reason I am thinking a lot more about school and seeing my teachers. I also met a new friend/acquaintance person at camp, so I have been busy because we are planning a way to meet my favorite teachers at Back to School night.

Sorry if this sounds very odd ! If you have special interests that change regularly, then you may be able to relate. I'm very confused as to whether I'm like becoming "not autistic" anymore or something like that. I may still post here sometimes, but for now my special interest has changed.

Oh yeah- I forgot to add that my OCD is causing some depression right now so that may play a role in why I lost my interest here. I have an hour of CBT homework a day until my next appointment, so hopefully that will be able to clear up at least some of this anxiety/depression.

Glad you found something else you're interested in! You made a new friend, that's great!

My new thing I'm interested in is a person, so it's getting to be a bit stalkish . I promise I won't stalk them though!

The reason I made this friend/acquaintance person was because we are both planning to meet this person (it's a teacher) at Back to School night .

I promise I won't forget my homework either! That's part of the reason I'm cutting back down on my posts- I'm going to need to spend a lot of time this year on homework!

You'll be back when your ready or how else will you overtake my posts. School is far more important and you have to get your priorities correct. You have been invaluable in me figuring out what is going on with me ( or maybe what is wrong with me ). You don't even know how much you have helped me, Ferris. I may not show it, but the amount of support and laughs you've given me has definitely helped me with my own OCD. I remember reloading the stupid General Discussion forum 10 million times and I would be so glad when I saw you had posted. I am so glad I was able to find you on this forum. I never thought I would find a person with my type of OCD/problems, but I guess I did . I'm even doubting my ASD at the moment- we're the exact same person ! All I did was send you an article and you are the one who has given me so much hope and helped me figure things out. Especially when you passed the Hollow Mask Illusion .

Maybe I'll never overtake your post count, but what I do know is that you are a very wise, smart, funny, and even caring person to a stupid hypochondriac worrying "teenager" (don't feel like one! ) like me. I promise there is nothing "wrong" with you in any way. I'll be around, so you might see me here sometimes !

Yeah , we've had some laughs and some rough times and I do feel we are very similar with our issues. I'm glad I've helped as you have also helped me , after all this is a support thread. As long as you genuinely happy and are leaving here for a new special interest then I'm happy for you and wish you all the best but I'm sure you'll pop back when you can just to say Hi. and remember once a ferret always a ferret
