You may want to request changing the title of the thread from including "phycholocal" to psychological.

Aside from that, I am feeling OCD with a lump I have. I have been referred for it to be seen to, but the wait is making me nervous.

Almost. You just need to change the 'h' after 'p' into an 's'.

I've done so much work over the last couple of days for my therapy session this week. I feel like we're finally getting somewhere now.
