Sorry if this is the wrong section but I figured it might fall under other psychological conditions. But anyways for the past 3 days I've hardly been able to sleep. I keep getting anxious when I try to sleep causing me to think about things that just make it worse.......and once I do get to sleep I kept waking up.

Is there anything that would cause that anyone knows of? Or what to do about it........I kinda need more then the equivalent of 1 or 2 hours of sleep a night so this is getting to be a problem.

My sleep problems are caused by psychological issues & emotional stresses. Maybe it's related to the situation with you & that guy who you haven't heard from. A situation like that would cause me to have major problems sleeping

To think some guy without the balls to tell me he does not want to see me again, rather than claiming he would text me and let me know what was going on then never texting back is causing me to lose sleep. It could be part of it though. Not to mention the concern about feeling bad if I find out he didn't text back due to having died or having ended up in a hospital. As those are the only real excuses I can see at this point.
