I do have problems with anger, anxiety and agression!

I have been trying too eat a healthy diet, do a lot of walking into the countryside everyday. right now as i am typing this i feel really tired after walking miles into the countryside today and i suppouse i am less full of energy which is good in the sense that possibly i have gotten rid of some of my agression by doing my walk today.

i do get bothered by a lot of small things but do you know if there are any other small steps i can take too becoming a less 'agressive' individual?

Risperdal, Depakote and Lithium are three drugs I've seen dispensed for aggressive behaviour.

I don't smoke weed - and I don't advocate its use because it's illegal - but those who do claim it lessens their aggression.

Yoga & meditation calms people down.

Aromatic teas like chamomile and chai calm folks down.

Good ol' sleep does the trick, too.

Me? I like beer. Gives me a big belly but it's good for my nerves.

Keep going with the exercise. That's probably the best coping method for aggression. Also, play quiet music when you can't be exercising, read and watch funny stuff, deep breathing exercises, and find ways to occupy and distract yourself.

Hope that helps. :D
