Abilify drug?

This will be my third day on the drug. The first day was crazy; I took the pill in the morning. Big mistake! I never felt tried in my like. And I've stay up for 2 days before and felt fine. As well I got a stomach ache, plus I felt really irritated. Yesterday, I wised up and took it at night after dinner. Stomach ache pretty much went away, I was actually was feeling hyper so I clear. I was feeling a bit blue but I figure that was me not the drug. Either way I thought I figure it out, however, around 10:30pm I feel very tried and went but I chouldnt get to sleep for another cause my brain wouldn't shut off but that good for me. Today I woke up around 9pm and was fine for a few hour until I had to take a nap. I'm on 15 dose, so I'm gonna try and take half and see how that makes me feel.

But my question is, do all drug is this class make you feel the same way. Cause I can't sleep all day.

I'm not sure about the effects of other classes, but when I started taking Abilify it disrupted my sleeping patterns, It got better after about a week. I take it in the morning.
I'd give it a little more time to see how your body adjusts.

I was twice prescribed drugs of that class as a cure for insomnia.

It can take a while for the body to adjust to new medications, for two main reasons:
1. The effect of the drug on your body
2. The effect of suddenly NOT having the symptoms the drug is designed to treat. This can take some adjusting to as well.

Having said that, there can be some nasty side effects of these kinds of drugs. You should be closely monitored by the psychiatrist who prescribed them for you, and ideally have 24 hour access to mental health care over the phone. Don't try and figure out yourself what to do with your medications, even if you are a qualified psychiatrist, during a medication change your thinking will not be clear.
