Is there a connection of symptoms?

I've three symptoms, officially with totally different causes:

1) paraesthesia on the right side of my face => I was told that it's a somatoform disorder, what's a very popular dx in my country when the health specialist doesn't know the reason for the symptoms

2) blepharospasm on the right eye muscle => neurological, who was also triggered by medication back than

3) my eyesight got worse on the right eye so that I need glasses now (short sighted)

All of them occurred within 2 to 3 years, or even more close (I'm not exactly sure about my eyesight). My left side of my face is fine.

Could there be a connection of symptoms and when "yes" which one?
