So I have OCD and I don't know if any other OCD'ers can relate to this, but you know when it feels like there's something you need to be worried about or you feel like you have some problem your not thinking about in the back of your head but then you analyze your life and you legitementally have no idea why you feel worried? If so, any tips on how to fight that feeling?

Yes, I get that feeling quite a bit.

To prevent it you should do breathing exercises. My therapist taught me them, you can look at tutorials on YouTube, they're pretty straightforward.

Yes, I feel that way if I skip one of my OCD rituals. I find distraction to be the best thing.
