What should I do if NSA or CIA communicating with me with a silent voice with remote neural monitoring?

You should talk to your doctor about it. It's part of your illness — it isn't really happening, even though it may feel like it is.

Yep , you should see your doctor about it as it is quite common in schizophrenics to believe they are being spied on.

If you try to think about it logically , why would the CIA or NSA be interested in you ? Have you broken the law , I mean a serious crime not a petty misdemeanor ?
