What physical symptoms do you get with mixed episode?

Hi,

I’m just curious, what physical symptoms do you get with a mixed episode or hypomania? Twitches, minor confusion and racing thoughts that come and go by any chance?

Largely the same ones associated with mania, so yes, everything you described would be possible.
