30 hours? 
I just got out of a 3 1/2 day bout of insomnia. I still feel dazed, though.

Me too - I usually stick to a routine for sleeping, but have been having some lapses in that routine over the last month or two. Don't know why. It sucks - I'll take diphenhydramine when it happens, and I end up feeling weird and still getting no sleep, half the time.

^ great song. I just end up laying around doing nothing but drinking water, smoking cigarettes and thinking. Now Ive got a coffe. I give up for the next hours

Sounds like my typical day. I've learned my cats have a choreographed routine they play out in a circle around my room. One will take a perch on the dresser, then the other will notice and try to steal the perch. The second cat will succeed, and the first cat will move to a different perch. Repeat endlessly.
And to think; I wouldn't have learned that without occasional insomnia and wet weather.
