This if off of D Bridge's Gemini Principle LP. Pretty sure the vocals are Perry Farrell, though I don't know if its newer Jane's, P4P, or something altogether different.

While not 'emotionally tense', I find my share of music for this thread 'emotionally chill'.

I enjoy ambient/downtempo synthesizer hums backed by a melodic and slowly changed variation of strings. It's usually what I listen to on plane flights, long car-rides, walks down the road on cloudy days, and when I'm sleep-deprived. It also helps me the most to go to bed.

I can play this on an endless loop when in bed trying to fall asleep:

I just find it the most suitable song when I feel like I'm at peace, or whenever I'm in a mood to just think about the world and how insignificant we are among the universe.
